- Nonexistent office culture or leadership - Lack of consistency with in-office vs. remote by group/seniority has created a toxic office environment for some forced to be in person. - Used to have employee events, town halls, community and philanthropic work. None of those things happen now. - Many low-performers and lifelong employees still around. - No autonomy for regions. The German mentality/approach is applied globally and even roles are filled by Germans just shuffled from other positions - Lack of growth opportunities
