Pros

Good exposure to regional and global projects. Lots of responsibilities and decision making autonomy, as regional budget management was handled by the local office. Strong understanding of benefits of marketing and PR. Lots of opportunity to learn about the industry and grow professionally.

Cons

Lots of management changes between 2013 and 2015, that made job scope and projects undefined. Challenging period for teams and individuals as communication within team was poor. Global and regional exposure dwindled down along with budget.

Pros

No compulsion to stay late in the office or working on weekends. State of the art office. Nice and spacious work desks. Freedom to excel and no hierarchy issues

Cons

Knowledge sharing and mentoring culture is absent. Process orientation and thorough understanding of work is missing in some departments which leads to frustration and stress. New learning missing and people keep on doing old stuff for ages.

Good salary, good benefits, depending on work you may get to have some independent say but more so just with day to day activities you can work it out yourself

Cons

Lots of meetings, management all over the place in terms of personal & professional personality type, very much focused on education so if you are anything but PhD you won't get anywhere, not much in the way of personal development, a bit too much micro management from some
