Managerial corruption Managers don't listen to the needs of employees No vacations(you work on Christmas, and if you want days off, you gotta work extra days, so it is not really a vacation) Employee safety is not priority. OSHA violations that have not been looked at for years. Company could not plan deliveries well, so every week we were forced to work on our weekends, giving us not even a whole day off once a week. 0 work life balance. Third shift was especially ignored and made to stay after their shift many times per month, with no notice. Managers blamed their employees for their own mistakes. Employees were given write-ups for things the managers did incorrectly. Human resources did not know what the rules were for this location. There was no job guidelines or employee contract, they just made up the rules as we went, which were always in their favor, of course.

This company is mismanaged in many ways. Shift supervisors don't fully know the processes and equipment. The plant manager and assistant manager don't value good and dedicated workers. Favoritism exists among both salaried and hourly employees. The company has changed ownership twice in 20 years. I was laid off twice and furloughed once in 20 years.
