Pros

Team Building and snacks a plenty.

Cons

My personal manager was into playing favorites and had an old white guy mentality that hindered any creativity. There was also promised wages and other work accommodations that never came into fruition. I saw 75% or more turn over while I was in the position as well as a whole division collapse.

Pros

LC Staffing has a great leadership team, operating with integrity and respect for employees. Recently leadership added some great new benefits including a WFH option, lowered costs of health care premiums and added additional PTO.

Cons

There are no real cons.
