Pros

The only pros are directed at the facility level and none are meant for the corporate office. I have really never worked with a better group of people than the extremely hard working, caring and totally taken advantage of employees in my facility. I hear similar from the other Executive Directors as well. The Directors work endlessly and have no problem rolling up their sleeves and doing what needs to be done for the sake of the residents and their co-workers yet receive no reward what so ever, only beat downs for few mistakes made. The nurses and cna's are simply amazing doing everything humanly possible to help keep the residents safe from covid. Always risking their lives (as do all of the facility employees) and working 80 to 100 hours a week for minimum wage or not much more than that.

Cons

Oh my, I will just never be able to include everything that would accurately portray the reality of the corporate culture at this company. The only communication you receive from them, which is beyond constant (if thats even a thing), is notification that you did something wrong. That will come in the form of an email with just about everyone in corporate copied in order to really drive it home that you screwed up or weren't as good as another location. This goes on all day every day and comes from all depts, payroll, finance, HR. To say these people are out of touch with what is going on at the facilty level is an extreme understatement. The Regional Directors ( I use that term loosely) are either plain useless or they are abusive. The corporate office does not take the facilities into consideration in any decision they make. They implement things that are so unrealistic for the facilities because it keeps their jobs secure. Their payroll and HR system would be great for a corporate office. It is totally inappropriate for a lot of our hard working staff who may not have the same technical aptitude or experience that workers in a corporate office would have. Extremely counter productive and I use that term with most of their systems and rules and policies. I could go on but will stop here
