Thank you for providing your opinion and suggestions for LCG, Inc. As an employee-centric company, we take seriously the feedback of current and former employees so that we may continue to offer an enjoyable, rewarding workplace for all. In order to continue to provide the best work offering, it is important to assess and align appropriately the company and the leadership skills on a consistent basis. That we are willing and capable of making those difficult decisions of ensuring we have the right team in place to support the vision and mission of the organization is absolutely critical. It is not uncommon for any growing organization to re-align and gain new resources that are best suited to grow the company. Thus, at any given time in the history of the organization, the skills and experiences of current incumbents that have helped the organization get to this level, are not necessarily the same that will get the company to the next level, and that is why we assess and re-align leadership styles and skills that will be an asset to the staff and those which will enable us to grow. LCG has been blessed with many long-tenured employees and all employees deserve the best leadership under which they can grow personally and professionally.
