      Easy once you understand the company culture

      Pros

      Once you learn the LCG culture it can be an easy place to work. If you're not on contract site, people generally arrive at work at 10am and leave by 5pm, and try to accomplish all their work during the week so the weekend is free.

      Cons

      Power struggles among senior management slows down progress company could make. Recruiting is inept and unprofessional.COO position is replaced too often for company to have real stability. The CEO is rarely around. Long time employees complain of lack of career advancement, but advancement is really based on who senior management has the best rapport with, not ability.
