      It’s a family atmosphere. You feel like you are part of a team and not just a number. Leadership is very supportive and easy to work with. Growth is encouraged.

      I am happy to have joined LCMC Health at a Recruiter almost 5 years ago. I have met and hired some amazing people to serve our community. Leadership is truly commitment to the employees. I have felt like part of a family here. Growth is also very important, both personal and professional. I have been able to make am meaningful impact for the good of the system.
