good mission but still issues

Pros

great people to work with. Always getting the job done despite the obstacles.

Cons

Management doesn't consider ethical implications of their decisions. When providers yell and belittle employees and nothing is done over a period of time, the issue is with management. Low paying wages as well for comparable positions in the US.
