great people to work with. Always getting the job done despite the obstacles.

Cons

Management doesn't consider ethical implications of their decisions. When providers yell and belittle employees and nothing is done over a period of time, the issue is with management. Low paying wages as well for comparable positions in the US.

Fast pace environment that will introduce you to lots of different technologies and skills

Cons

Advancing is almost impossible now since they changed job titles to field support. HR keeps telling you that you moved sideways even though your job title increased, and they will refuse to acknowledge it so they dont have to pay you more.
