LEAD is a supporting learning environment for both students and staff. Everyone combines their forces to help each other when needed. LEAD encompasses welcoming and very compassionate individuals who thrive to best serve our young people.

Works with the hardest to serve, providing life changing experiences and technical skill building to help young people transform their lives and positively impact the lives of their ones.
Cons
Difficult experience as well because the environment asks a great deal form the staff in terms of parallel process of growth required for professionals to develop and hone skills needed to serve population
