The behavior analysis center for autism in Fishers (BACA 1) has some of the kindest, most understanding and caring staff. They love their jobs, they love the kiddos they work with, and they support each other. Fantastic group of people

Cons

For me, the only con was the commute.

Great Staff!

Pros

It is a fun and inclusive environment to work in, the staff and BCBAs are great. It is a super rewarding job, the kids are great.

Cons

Work can be isolating working with just one child alone all day, the work can become draining and requires a lot of energy. Pay rate seems to be low for the work that is preformed, not much room to move up or get pay increases unless you desire to become a BCBA.
