Pros

Not as accommodating to college students as advertised, but great place to start ABA. Reconsider if you take morning classes

Cons

Commute time and client availability

We are glad you found us a great place to start a career in ABA! We work hard to provide staff with their desired schedules but there are unavoidable challenges in the process. Please continue to discuss your needs with your supervisor. Thanks and good luck with your studies!

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with management and our great kids! The pandemic had a huge impact on businesses and we had to make tough decisions to keep our staff employed and our doors open. We greatly appreciate that you continued to serve our families. Great Staff!

Pros

It is a fun and inclusive environment to work in, the staff and BCBAs are great. It is a super rewarding job, the kids are great.

Cons

Work can be isolating working with just one child alone all day, the work can become draining and requires a lot of energy. Pay rate seems to be low for the work that is preformed, not much room to move up or get pay increases unless you desire to become a BCBA.
