Our benefits package is 100% paid for by LG Chem and includes major medical, ST/LT Disability, Maternity Leave, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and other features. Many companies in the local market may not have full benefits nor pay the entire cost. This is definitely an advantage. Unfortunately we are unable to respond to additional topics since statements are very broad.

      Each year, individuals are able to input personal goals as part of their performance goals. This is great time to connect with your senior leaders to map out areas for individual growth. We also encourage employees to attend trade show, seminars or attend professional networking events to grow personally and professionally.
