      Thank you for your feedback as we appreciate hearing from current employees. LG Chem is a Korean based organization and we strive to have a multi-national culture. I see you are in Milan and am not certain about career opportunities you may be referring to as we can only speak for US operations. Here in the US we are growing with new facilities that are being built and will come on line in the next few years. Our sales team is transitioning to a regional focus where sales people will be able to sell multiple products and provide greater customer support and be a solution provider.

With regard to salary, we use multiple services to benchmark each position to ensure our pay is in line and competitive with market rates. This is also done for benefits so our total compensation packages attract and retain talent.
