      benefits, pay and more overtime than you could ever want.

      Cons

      Other parts of the holland plant might be fine but if you're considering the pack line, don't. Go anywhere else. Go be poor. You don't know if you'll be working over the weekend - constantly kept in the dark, smoke is always being thrown - Just over this issue. Gossip and tattling are rewarded so there's no trust on the team. Fear is the main tool used to get compliance.
