      Pros

      LG Chem provides a variety of benefits other than simple cash bonuses. I cannot write anything more specific since those benefits are confidential.

      Cons

      The company may need to consider raising the total amount of salary. Its rival company (SK Innovation) pays a lot more to the working forces in general. Considering LG Chem's renowned brand image and highly educated, quality working forces (most of them holding Master's and Ph.D.'s from top universities in S.Korea and around the world.) the 'comparably' lower wages tend to discourage the employees' motivation to work.
