      Pros

      Many opportunities for growth. Education is paid for by company. Opportunities to grow in different departments if desired.

      Cons

      Culture maybe difficult to get used to. Communication might not always be 100% due to language barrier sometimes. Upper management tends to place blame on others.

      If You're Okay Being a Cog, it's an Awesome Place to Work

      Pros

      Easy work in a climate-controlled environment. Cafeteria for all three shifts. Excellent pay for entry-level manufacturing, One hour of paid breaks every shift (half hour lunch, and two 15 minute breaks), but they're untimed, so you can actually take more time if you want, so long as you don't abuse it. Three weeks of vacation and one week of paid person time off a year to start! Lot of overtime availability, with Sundays being double-time.

      Cons

      Even with all those pros I still ended up quitting because my voice wasn't being heard. They want cogs, not people who display initiative. When trying to upgrade my skills I was repeatedly told "that's not in my job description". Management pretends to hear and care, but they really don't. Only a single one-on-one with your supervisor per year, meaning there's no way to correct course to get a better grade and higher wage increases. It helps if you're a firearm enthusiast and a hunter to get noticed by the senior techs and supervisors. Doubly helpful if you're also a pretty woman. Lots of 6- and 7-day work weeks.
