      - Financially Stable as it's owned by a huge group "LG" who has various subsidiaries. - Relatively Better Work & Life balance than other companies in Korea.

      Cons

      - Low increase of Salary. (Almost same as the rate of price increase) - Low incentive - Very conservative culture - 24/7 contact & orders from your boss - need approval from your boss to go vacation
