Loads and loads of tasks to complete (1 salesman equivalent to 4 regular salesmen in other companies), slow promotions and low growth perspective specially If you not korean, company does not tropicalize itself in many regions, none academy sponsored training or certificates (mainly performed online as company material), no more travels to HQ in Korea for personal trainings, cultural bias and misunderstoods with korean based teams due to narrowed vision of their duties. Doesn't matter if you're an chemistry professional, all that matters are numbers and sales. Since pandemic, still in home office, but after yellow traffic light, they want all employees to assist to the office with the risk of contagion.
