Pros

Great atmosphere and clean enviroment to work. People are to themselves or friendly. Better then average pay. Seasons for lots of overtime.

Cons

If you work in assembly be prepared to work a month straight maybe two months with a day off if you choose to After 14 days. And yes they are mandatory weekends . you can call off and mandated workday if thier are enough operators. Which is rarely the case.
