Mild atmosphere with low pushy cycle, depending the division and situation though. Available to handle job in one's own pace mostly. One of the best places to learn about the hot technology over renewable energy market and battery system.
Cons
Mostly too conservative in decision-making, therefore it's mass production is something global level while its system product is below the expectation. Quite obsessed with internal blames, few intermediate management take plunge into challenge with risk.
