      really dont have one to state here, other than the fact that you can learn different tool chain

      Expectation is that you have to be 24 hrs in the office, no really defined development process or any sort of encouragement

      good salary and medical insurance. if your only concern is salary and benefit, you are fine.

      Cons

      no process, no clear vision. this company is relying on temp/contract engineers too much. fire-fighting all the time. Poor production quality, especially for software. if the entire management is fired, there wont be any impact to the company.
