Vague with work responsibilities, scheduling, obtaining insurance and boundaries for nursing/office work.

Place of work that you could go to everyday without commuting.

Cons

Too many changes in management....5 in one year with different job descriptions and changing the rules almost daily. Unable to keep a consistent job description under your hat to build from because it would be different daily.

There could be opportunities to move within the company as they have many facilities throughout the country.

Cons

Redundant paperwork lacks flow. Nurse leaders make the PT's schedule. PTAs do most of the visits. No continuity of care.
