Pros
They believe in their core values and they stick to them 100%. They believe in family first and they stick to it. $125 per year for uniforms and P.P.E. . Company will advance you for a tool purchase up to $500. They are a fun company to work for. Like any company they have their pros and cons, I feel their Pros out weigh their cons 10 to 1.
Cons
Too many Foremen in general, (top heavy, as one senior manger put it.) Health insurance deductible is really high. Not enough training, for the ones that need it. Too many people that say their way is the right way, upper management don't create a standard and make their foremen follow it like they should. You don't always know who your working with, you have to call for your schedule really early in the morning.
