Pros

The people and general culture are great. Pay is decent in comparison to the industry. Most of the benefits are great, excluding the healthcare which is only HDHP.

Cons

Company is constantly restructuring, with lay offs and reorganization multiple times per year. Company does not feel stable, and my job did not feel secure. Company was flattening which did not leave any room for advancement. Lots of micromanaging and monitoring over the last few years. Constantly cutting budgets, but expecting more with less resources. HDHP options only.
