      Pros

      Excellent company to gain high level experience and refine your craft. Good company to stay long term if you can manage your stress and keep up with the pace. Work experience generally felt collaborative between offices and departments. Solid benefits package better than most employers.

      Cons

      Very likely to get burned out after a few years. Pay raises did not keep pace with inflation in recent years. Promotions were awarded very sparingly, causing talent to look elsewhere as to not get behind their peers. Company is growing extremely fast and the experience felt more sterile and corporate as time went on.

      Bigger company with small company feel. Work hard, play hard culture. Excellent benefits. Employee owned. Great colleagues. Team mentality.

      Pros

      The leadership team puts on a “kind” demeanor for the first few weeks. Landscape architecture team is nice. Office amenities are nice. Good for maybe 6 months of learning after graduation.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity in planning team. No real room for growth. A lot of cattiness and favoritism with lower level management. Management doesn’t take feedback well. Gaslighting and inability to take blame for their mistakes amongst lower level management. Lack of clear communication with production team which leads to mistakes. Lower level management struggles with controlling their tempers and staying professional when dealing with certain employees and when talking about clients.
