      Good Benefits ESOP Profit Sharing Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      50+ hours is expected. Anything less is treated like excessive absenteeism. Frantic work load. Deadlines stacked on top of Deadlines. While morale is usually high; there is a undercurrent of excessive stress that affects the work environment. Not a very diverse group of employees.

      esop and locations, but difficult to transfer to new locations

      Cons

      They dont pay you average market value, they devalue you base on your esop and bonus amount.
