Pros
Health benefits including dental and vision care. You almost get paid enough money to pay your bills.
Cons
Negative environment. Friendly chitchat/interacting with coworkers is not allowed. Those with "power" in the company abuse it: don't use PTO when they take off work, show up late and leave early without consequence. Vacation/sick/personal days are all the same (and very limited) so you better hope you have no life outside of the company. If you don't use your PTO in hopes of cashing it out they make sure to not tell you how to cash out the hours so they get to keep your money. Everyone trash talks everyone else in the office. Since there is no specific time off for being sick people come into the office sick and infect everyone else. Minimal holidays off: you can't request off near holidays because they are "busy" and Christmas Eve/New Year's Eve are not holidays so you have to be in the office all day. No possibility of moving up in the company unless you are lucky enough to be a family member of someone with power. Mindless work and staring at a computer for 40 hours a week cause health issues (vision issues and carpal tunnel). Employees are constantly talked down to and never rewarded or praised for a job well done or going above and beyond to make up for someone else's slacking off.
