Pros

Flexible working. If you have a good line manager you will enjoy the role

Cons

Upper management blinkered. Under resourced in many key areas around customer service and logistics. Careers wise you are unlikely to progress from middle management regardless of experience or ability.

We could listen to our own music.

Management would talk about everyone's business, complain about workers to other workers, I told the manager i was feeling really sick, weak, dizzy, and i felt like i had a fever but i would try and keep going unless i didnt feel better. I got home and i had a lil bit of a fever, and had a doctors appointment, told her i had a doctors note but she refused it. Kept peoples last checks, would let people take pto if they didnt have any hours for pto, allowed toxic workers to stay and did nothing about them, honestly worst place to work. Dont do it.
