      Pros

      Hard core Employee centric company who cares for their people .the best part is, they don't call their people as employee instead they say "Members" which is rare . Very much transperent towards growth, appraisal and work life balance. Free food at night when employee said they are hungry . Prompt decision & action when any concern comes to management.
