Pros

Continuous company growth through acquisitions, wonderful personalities in all levels of the company, no fear of layoffs on the corporate side, and a constant opportunity for cross-training and learning new skills.

Cons

New skills were learned on an as-needed basis, simply because you were within earshot of the task to be done. HR and Executives never showed compassion toward the 16,000 employees.

Pros

Casual Dress, decent benefits but the cost is high.

Cons

Freezes on raises for over 2 years while the company boasts a minimum of 10 mill in profits each quarter, no one way of doing things it's on a plant by plant basis, broken promises by management and continual misleading of the possibility of growing in the company. Terrible district and regional management. terrible company to work for, especially if you are a woman.
