      Pros

      As long as the company keeps growing, there's always something new to learn. Compensation for accountants in Nashville is competitive, even though the benefits are just adequate..

      Cons

      More and more, how far you get in the company depends on how popular you are with management.. From personal experience, I would advise against relocating with LKQ should the opportunity arise. Promises of advancement/promotions were made to me before I moved across the country, but I actually got demoted.

      good place to start, not a career employer

      The benefits are okay. Pay is good depending on what position that you are in within the company.

      Cons

      The company is only focused on profits. As I have said this is a descent place to start because it's a unique business model, but not a place to stay. Employees are not respected for their efforts. Overall the focus of the company is going in the wrong direction.

      Pros

      Independence because nobody knows what you do except the two 2 or 3 directly working with you.

      Cons

      The management is a joke and at my location they did not enforce the no drug policy for a "supervisor". I quit because management did nothing about this when I brought it up to three different people. There is no structure to daily routine.
