Pros
Their are many different aspects of the business so there are some opportunities to move around in different positions. Fairly casual and relaxed atmosphere day-to-day.
Cons
Though there are many different positions, the majority of them do not pay that well. The pay keeps going lower for employees and the benefits keep rising year after year. Turnover is very high and there is no sense of urgency to keep employees. It seems as if employees are chair fillers and if you go someone else will fill the chair tomorrow.
