      Not a company you should associate your self with. No loyalty!

      Pros

      Pay is adequate but no increases even when company shows profit each year.

      Cons

      Hard working employees are not given a fair wage even after the company demands they take on more responsibilties. There is no loyalty to employees they are afraid to speak up in fear of losing their jobs. Never recieved an evaluation even after employee requested one, then when company is not making budget they let them go even after being told they are doing a great job no issues at the day of firing. No communication from the managemnet to the working employees. This has got to be one of the worst management teams I have ever dealt with. The favortism runs rampet in this company.

      Pros

      LKQ can be a good place to start your career. LKQ often will hire those with little experience, so it is a good place for resume building.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees the way that they should. It is very difficult to get a pay increase unless you change roles. The benefits are also not the best. They only offer 2 weeks PTO...total. There is no sick time or vacation time it is all rolled into the 2 weeks PTO.

      LIES LIES LIES, is all u get from them i worked for a personally owned salvageyard and lkq bought us. they told us they where insurance ppl just looking at stuff then all of a sudden lkq owned us. we where told nothing would change. right, everythig has changed, pay, the way cars are dismantled, management, ppl got demoted. i went to comission and i worked my butt for two weeks and made 1900 dollars after taxes and then all of a sudden that wasnt ok so they said i was only getting paid hourly for the last two weeks. CROOKS!!!! so here i am out on 900 dollars
