>Spends a hefty money on Annual day celebration where families are also invited >Recently started reimbursing small online courses >Used to give bonus every 3 yrs as a long retention bonus, not sure if this is still getting continued >Monthly 4 WFH >Free transport >Dussera gifts

Cons

Favouritism is an integral part of the company. From promotions to annual awards, it is everywhere. For annual awards, it doesn’t matter how good are you at your work, if you are not part of few of the favourite teams or your reporting manager is not in good books of management or if you don’t butter, you are never gonna get one. For promotions, it goes by the seniority and not by capability. On top of that, being a small organisation, opportunities are also limited.

Work culture in few other process but not ours

Cons

Very poor planning and leadership. Leaders in the team are worried more about target than quality . Monetary growth is not good and hard work will not be appreciated. It is more of pressure in work than fun . Very poor career opportunities and opportunities will not be provided based on performance. This is one process which struggles by working on Saturday also just to deliver targets but no compensation as per outside market given.
