      Pros

      LMI provides great service to clients. It is a supportive environment. A client decided they no longer wanted me on the contract. LMI gave me support and three weeks to find another position on a different contract. Thanks to my management and LMI's Career Mobility, I received an internal offer in about one week. During the process, I met three different hiring managers and learned more about LMI's contracts and work. The new position appears to be a better fit than my old position. We take ethics training every year, and the company truly follows it. I have never witnessed or heard rumors of any illegal or unethical activity.

      Cons

      If a person works on a contract, they can be disconnected from LMI corporate. However, LMI provides opportunities to connect with other LMI employees such as communities of practice, capability showcases, Toastmasters, etc. I recommend taking advantage of those opportunities.
