      Pros

      Some nice people. They did company events to try and bring everyone together. Eh

      Cons

      Some really great people to work with but in my particular department there wasn’t much symmetry. Very catty. There was a director there who had to have been in her early 30’s and wondered how she even got the job to begin with. Lots of reorganizing and some weren’t happy.

      Career Pathing Issues, Pay not competitive

      Career pathing has been unclear, went from not for profit to for profit while reducing benefits but not market value salaries for a for profit company
