Increasing focus on diversity, about as kind and energetic a consulting oriented business could be, excellent pay

Cons

Difficult to switch between contracts and to take advantage of unlimited PTO policy, difficult to grow career here but they are working to improve this

Nice team, kind managers and yeah that's it.

Cons

Didn't have work anxiety/depression until I joined this job. Managers don't support you when you need. Some weeks you work 70 hours on the project and can only put in 40. You will have 15 meetings back to back. When this is brought up, higher ups shrug and say put 40 on your time sheets. They make you lie about the hours you put in. I was laughed at when I mentioned taking a break for lunch.
