Thank you for leaving your review! We are very proud of our competitive benefits, including our flexible leave policy and our tuition reimbursement. As we grow, we will invest in our people by improving upon the available training and career mobility opportunities to develop employees across the company. In addition, the HR team is working to refine our Performance 365 program. You may always speak to your manager or to HR about this, or you can contact Conversations@lmi.org to offer additional suggestions. Thanks again!

Pros

In a very competitive numbers-driven industry it is very easy for large government contractors to solely focus on meeting revenue targets first and then worrying about their people last. LMI does the complete opposite and while growing the organization and hitting our targets is a high priority, the company truly does care about it's people. This is very unique and not seen everywhere. People are our product and if you take care of your people, the rest will fall in place. I have been with the organization for a few years and while there has been a lot of change and growth due to the rapidly evolving direction of the company, one thing remains the same, they value their employees. Not to mention the benefits and compensation packages are phenomenal, there really is work/life baacethe people are very friendly, and the internal mobility/career progression across the firm is great! If you want to be a leader or serve in a leadership capacity the firm will equip you with the tools and resources needed to do so!

Cons

None that I can think of (of course everyone's experience is different), LMI is a collaborative organization that values the opinions and feedback of its employees.
