      Career Pathing Issues, Pay not competitive

      Flexibility, nice office space, good clients, growing rapidly, employing more youthful workforce

      Cons

      Career pathing has been unclear, went from not for profit to for profit while reducing benefits but not market value salaries for a for profit company

      Pros

      -Yearly salary increase -Generous healthcare packages -Invested in your happiness -> if you're not happy on your current contract or have desires to promote/add to your technical portfolio, LMI is VERY helpful in finding appropriate placement on other contracts. -Great work/life balance w/unlimited leave

      Cons

      -Lack of granularity in advancements (new initiatives underway such as career planning models and mentorship program)
