      Excellent/Professional Work Environment focused on Diversity, Need to fight for work/career advancement

      Increasing focus on diversity, about as kind and energetic a consulting oriented business could be, excellent pay

      Cons

      Difficult to switch between contracts and to take advantage of unlimited PTO policy, difficult to grow career here but they are working to improve this
