Pros

Great work life balance. You have the option to be fully remote, except for onsite work. Very chill environment

Cons

Benefit cuts, 401k cuts. They cut the amount of PTO for people under level 3 with no warning, and in the middle of the year. The PTO is "unlimited" so it was immediately in effect, there was none accrued up to that point. Expect more moves like this

Pros

Non-existent to rank and file. If you are at VP level or senior management great.

Cons

Employees are basically considered expendable with no chance for minor infractions, e.g. you're gone. If you like yearend gifts from the 5 below stores you will be very happy. Employee appreciation days, i.e. donut day, ice cream socials, free food only occur in the middle of the week at Tysons Va, typically Wednesdays from noon to 1 when senior management are present but virtually impossible for rank and file to attend. Need help/advice from HR? Good luck there is an app called askHR which is rarely replied to. To make the bottom line, financially for upper management promotions or salary increase has meant you will lose a holiday, firings, or reduction to 401 contributions "to become more aligned with industry!" what a joke why would you want to be run of the mill? Forget any chance for bonusses as they are the most subjective of any corporations I've experienced in over 20 years of work.
