Pros

The outlook of the company is bright.

Cons

Management aren't truthful. They say one thing and do another. Not easy to move around the company. They have cut a lot of social festivals since 2020.

Pros

Pays well, but limits bonus earnings to a certain cadre of people.

Cons

Bonus opportunity shallow. Sold us on unlimited leave but it’s not true.

Thank you for for your feedback - we are pleased to learn you like LMI's compensation & total rewards program! LMI believes that employees deserve time away from work to refresh, renew, and balance their lives. That is why we have a flexible leave policy for benefits-eligible, salaried employees - we trust our employees to get their work done. If you have any additional feedback, reach out to conversation@lmi.org.

Pros

LMI aims to be forward thinking and on the cutting edge of consulting. They offer (somewhat) competitive pay and benefits as well (Unlimited leave, tuition reimbursement, etc.). This is probably a good place for early career starters to dip their toes in the water, but do so with caution...

Cons

Feels like the company can be somewhat of a revolving door...large changes occur fairly often. They try to "retain top talent" but there's a reason it doesn't stay (think contract capture). There is a groupthink mentality to the core group who are unquestionably loyal to the company, and there were definitely instances I observed where nepotism helped certain people. Read through ALL the reviews (really though, don't look at all the simple 5 star ones with generic feedback, there's strangely lots of them...)
