      It was acquired by a private equity firm of three years ago, so and they have been cutting benefits since then.

      Pros

      Plenty of work in a laid-back atmosphere. Good training, room for growth, and the employees are very nice.

      Cons

      Only con that I think of is that they had their favorites. Meaning they had favorite employees whom they wanted to promote.
