      Overall great place to work

      Pros

      Overall I've always had great hours (read: 40), great co-workers, and while management has faltered sometimes, I feel like they've done well to rectify mistakes. I feel like I can be engaged *enough* here without selling my soul and free time engaging with "optional" work happy hours or extracurricular events. While some corporate stuff feels very...corporate; overall I feel like we hire a lot of good eggs.

      Cons

      Anecdotally our HR department has been ehhhh. When I've made referrals for teams needing immediate support it seems like they can drag their feet getting the paperwork moving. I've been told our pay isn't competitive with other consulting firms and I'm sure that's true. For me the work-life-not-working-stupid-unpaid-overtime is the trade-off I make.
