Pros

This used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Management is out of touch and many are not qualified to be leaders: it’s not about what you do, it’s about who you know. Benefits keep getting worse. Absent ceo that only makes appearances for photo opportunities, turns a blind eye to bad leadership on his own team. They are slowly chipping away at what made the company so great. Client does not come first anymore. LMI is no longer about public service. Bonuses eliminated for non leadership level, yet they boast great growth. Starting to feel like a revolving door. All the real talent has left, or is on the way out.

We appreciate the time you took to provide this review. LMI offers a comprehensive and industry-competitive benefits package to eligible employees who work 20 hours or more per week. We did modify the eligibility criteria for our annual bonus program earlier this year; however active, benefits-eligible, salaried employees who are no longer eligible for an annual bonus can participate in our spot bonus program. The spot bonus program rewards above-and-beyond performance throughout the year. If you would like to share any additional thoughts or comments, please email conversation@lmi.org.
