We have recently modified the eligibility criteria for our annual bonus program; however active, benefits-eligible, salaried employees who are no longer eligible for an annual bonus are able to participate in our spot bonus program. The spot bonus program rewards above-and-beyond performance throughout the year. Additionally, LMI’s tuition assistance program provides for up to $15K of reimbursement per calendar year for eligible expenses.
