      Take vehicle home each night. Other Techs are mostly all good people.

      Cons

      Lots of retirement homes where they do work in peoples units. Sales associates aren't held accountable for their inability to understand customers needs.

      Pros

      LONG has been and continues to be the best company I have ever worked for. The management has gone above and beyond for me throughout my career here to work with my life situations and be flexible no matter what position I have held. I have never worked for an organization of this size that is as accommodating as LONG has been. I truly feel as though LONG cares about me as a person and my family. I love working for this company and plan to retire here. Thank you, LONG!!

      Cons

      The health benefits (especially coverage outside of CO) and the percentage of health care premiums paid by the company could both be significantly better. Otherwise, no cons!
