I love working for this organization, I've recently hit my 1 year mark and my team, management, and the company itself has a sense of community even though I work remotely. I always feel supported and feel valued.

Chain of command is going over your head, a lot of gray area when absent, favoritism, a lot of closed doors. Workers don’t feel welcomed upstairs, managements instigates a lot of the problems. Do not treat people the same
